Learning TM
(4 consecutive days)

1. Day

Personal instruction (1–1.5 hours)

One-on-one personalized and interactive instruction in the TM technique.

2. - 4. Day

Small group or personal sessions (1-1.5 hours a day)

During these three days you will start to practice at home and we also practice together at the meetings. We will discourse your experiences in details and you will get additional guidance and instruction on the TM technique based on your personal experiences.

Follow up session
(1.5 hour occasionally)

Once you've learned TM you'll have everything you need to meditate effectively. During your first 4 months we recommend free monthly group and personal meditation checkups, to ensure that your TM is easy and enjoyable, and you are gaining the full benefits.
