I am practice TM from 1991 and started to teach 1999 after finishing a five mounts intensive resident training in Switzerland. During the training we have learnt how properly teach the technic for ny people and how to interpret the experiences. To learn TM is an easy yet delicate thing that is why a teacher has to be very well prepared. I am also do as much as follow up for my students or anyone who learned TM before as much they need.
Beside Transcendental Meditation I doing web and graphic design which is a very nice way to channel the creativity what meditation gives.
I also dwelt hundreds of hours with different vedic subjects, like philosophy, yoga, Ayurveda (how to live an healthy balanced life), jyotish (vedic astrology), Sanskrit language and so on.

I have been teaching the Transcendental Meditation technique for 25 years. It brings me great joy to experience together with all participants the wonder of the first experience of pure consciousness again and again. I wish to share this unique technique with more and more people so that they can regularly experience this deep state of inner silence in their lives.
